Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Free Shipping

Lovira proudly offers free shipping on all eligible orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local carrier services.


Estimated Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery time is typically 7–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. 

Please note: that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to: Customs processing> Weather conditions> Carrier delays.  High shipping demand periods


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–72 hours after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lovira is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at: Support@LoviraHome.com

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. For eligible cases, we may offer: A replacement order OR A refund after investigation and confirmation


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To assist with your claim, please provide: Photos or videos of the damaged item.  Photos of the packaging. Your order number. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lovira is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders. 

Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. However, in most cases, our products do not incur customs charges.
